✅ Free Returns Within 30 Days

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Within this 30-day window, return shipping is on us — no questions asked.

📅 Returns After 30 Days

For returns requested after 30 days of delivery:

• Quality issues / defective items: We will still cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us with photos of the issue.
• Non-quality-related returns: Returns may be accepted at our discretion, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization may not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
• Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different item or size? We're happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures the fastest turnaround so your party planning stays on track! 🎉

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay): 7–14 business days
• PayPal: 5–10 business days
• Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos (required for defective or damaged items)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

📬 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
